Hazelnut Butter

This hazelnut butter is made from our hazels, which are roasted and then ground into the perfect not-too-smooth and not-too-chunky butter. Use it as a replacement for peanut butter, for desserts or as a nutritious protein boost. We add nothing to the hazels and there’s something delightfully clean and pure about the simplicity of this spread. (Just like other whole-ingredient nut butters, you will need to stir on occasion, as the oil naturally separates.)
